DIGITAL PARTICIPANT WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT.

By checking the box below and submitting my registration, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that Sho Bowl is an athletic competition involving physical activity that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Serious bodily injury
• Permanent disability
• Death
• Property damage
• Physical exhaustion or dehydration
• Collisions with participants or equipment

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, whether known or unknown, even if arising from the negligence of Shocase Brands, LLC and its affiliates.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration for being allowed to participate in Sho Bowl, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue:

• Shocase Brands, LLC
• Sho Bowl
• Event staff, officers, employees, and contractors
• Sponsors and partners
• Venue owners and operators
• Volunteers

(collectively referred to as the “Releasees”) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation, including those caused by negligence.

3. MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION

• I certify that I am physically able to participate.
• I authorize event representatives to obtain emergency medical treatment for me if necessary.
• I understand that I am solely responsible for any medical costs incurred.

4. MEDIA & LIKENESS RELEASE

I grant Shocase Brands, LLC and Sho Bowl the irrevocable right to use my:

• Name
• Image
• Likeness
• Voice
• Performance

in photographs, video recordings, livestreams, marketing materials, advertising, and social media without compensation.

5. CODE OF CONDUCT

I agree to:

• Follow all event rules and instructions
• Conduct myself in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner
• Comply with venue policies and security procedures
• Refrain from illegal substances or prohibited items

Violation may result in removal from the event without refund.

6. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

7. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE CONSENT

By checking the box below and submitting this registration:

• I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this Agreement.
• I understand that I am giving up substantial legal rights.
• I voluntarily agree to its terms.
• I agree that my electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding signature.
